  • How far in advanced should I book a ride?
    We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance for local rides and one week in advanced for special events and long-distance trips. However, we do accommodate last-minute bookings whenever possible.
  • Do you charge by the mile or by the hour?
    It depends on the service: • Point-to-Point Rides: Flat rate based on distance • Hourly Service: Charged by the hour with a minimum booking requirement • Long-Distance Trips: Custom pricing based on mileage and duration
  • Can I cancel or change my reservation?
    Yes, you can modify or cancel your reservation up to [X hours/days] before your scheduled ride. Please review our cancellation policy for details, or contact us for help with any changes.
  • Is gratuity included in the price?
    No, gratuity is not included. While tipping is optional, it’s always appreciated by our drivers for exceptional service
  • Do you charge extra for additional stops?
    Yes, additional stops may incur extra charges depending on the distance and duration. Please let us know in advance if you need multiple stops.
  • Can I schedule a pickup even if I don’t know my exact flight details yet?
    Yes, you can book your ride in advance and update us with your flight details later.
  • What areas do you service?
    A: We offer shuttle services across these counties: Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, Ventura, Santa Barbara, San Diego and San Francisco. If your destination is outside of these areas, feel free to contact us to discuss options.
  • Do you provide 24/7 services?
    Yes we do, including early morning and late-night airport pickups.
  • What type of transportation services do you offer?
    Our services include but are not limited to airport shuttles, point-to-point rides, hourly bookings, special event transportation, and corporate transportation. We service any event.
  • What makes your service different from rideshare apps like Uber or Lyft?
    We provide a premium, pre-scheduled transportation experience with professional drivers, high-end vehicles, and personalized service.
  • What happens if my flight is delayed?
    We track all flights in real-time and adjust pickup times accordingly. There’s no need to update us unless your airline changes your flight number.
  • Do you provide overnight transportation?
    Yes, overnight trips are available. If a driver needs rest time, accommodations must be covered by the client.
  • Do you offer customized tours or private transportation for sightseeing?
    Yes, we can create custom itineraries for private tours, day trips, or special outings.
  • Do you provide child car seats?
    Yes, child car seats are available upon request for an additional fee. Please specify the type needed when booking.
  • Is smoking allowed in the vehicle?
    Yes, smoking is allowed. We have a $250 non-negotiable cleaning fee.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    We offer a flexible cancellation policy based on trip type, duration, and scheduling requirements. Please review the details below to understand how cancellations and refunds are handled. Standard Rides (Airport Transfers, Point-to-Point, Hourly Service) • Short Trips (Under 25 Miles): • 24+ Hours Before Pickup: Full refund • 12-24 Hours Before Pickup: 50% refund • Less Than 12 Hours Before Pickup: No refund • Long Trips (25+ Miles or Out-of-Town Service): • 48+ Hours Before Pickup: Full refund • 24-48 Hours Before Pickup: 50% refund • Less Than 24 Hours Before Pickup: No refund Extended Trips (Longer Than One Day) Since multi-day trips require advance scheduling adjustments, cancellations must be made at least 30 days before pickup to receive a full refund. • 30+ Days Before Pickup: Full refund • 14-30 Days Before Pickup: 50% refund • Less Than 14 Days Before Pickup: No refund Special Events (Weddings, Concerts, Corporate Events, Conventions) • 72+ Hours Before Pickup: Full refund • 48-72 Hours Before Pickup: 50% refund • Less Than 48 Hours Before Pickup: No refund If additional scheduling adjustments were made to accommodate your trip, cancellation fees may be higher to cover logistical changes.   • Can I reschedule instead of canceling?
    Yes, we allow rescheduling at no extra charge if done within a reasonable timeframe before your scheduled ride.
